With a 200-hour yoga teacher certification, I lead transformative yoga sessions that blend strength and serenity. Certified as a health and wellness coach, I am dedicated to empowering individuals to achieve their wellness goals through personalized coaching. As a Reiki practitioner, I channel healing energies to facilitate balance and vitality. Currently immersed in the study of Traditional Chinese Medicine, I’m expanding my knowledge to offer a comprehensive approach to health.
